AN UNBIASED VIEW OF KUNAFA

A review through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Protection tested eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 from the UAE and a few from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples ended up regarded "faulty". Five on the products and solutions sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which is not permitted in products labelled "choco
